At KOMPTE., all registrations, bookings, and participation requests are subject to the discretion of KOMPTE. management and event organizers. Refunds, cancellations, transfers, or modifications may be allowed or denied solely at the discretion of KOMPTE. depending on the nature of the event, operational requirements, and other relevant circumstances. KOMPTE. reserves the right to review each request individually and take the final decision without obligation to provide compensation, refunds, or adjustments. Any approved refund or cancellation request will be processed through the original payment method wherever applicable.
Participants are expected to follow all event instructions, schedules, and guidelines communicated by KOMPTE. and associated organizers. Failure to attend, delayed arrival, inability to participate, or violation of event rules may result in denial of entry, disqualification, or cancellation of participation at the discretion of KOMPTE. KOMPTE. reserves the right to modify event formats, schedules, venues, categories, rules, or participation limits whenever necessary.
KOMPTE. and its organizers reserve full authority regarding participant eligibility, event operations, registrations, approvals, cancellations, and dispute resolution. All decisions made by KOMPTE. or event organizers shall be considered final and binding. KOMPTE. may suspend, postpone, cancel, or modify any event, registration, feature, or service without prior notice whenever deemed necessary.
By using the KOMPTE. platform, registering for events, or participating in activities, users acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable policies, rules, and organizer decisions. KOMPTE. reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these policies at any time without prior notice.
