Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the KOMPTE platform, website, mobile applications, AI systems, sports analytics tools, tournaments, events, leagues, training programs, and related services. By accessing, registering for, participating in, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform and Services immediately.

• Users under 18 years of age may only use the Platform with parent or legal guardian consent. • Parents or guardians accepting these Terms on behalf of minors assume full responsibility for the minor’s participation and conduct. • Users must provide accurate and updated registration information. • You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. • KOMPTE reserves the right to verify identity, age, eligibility, or documentation at any time.

KOMPTE may provide: • AI-powered sports analytics • Training insights • Player performance analysis • Tournaments and leagues • Coaching programs • Live events and rankings • Video analysis and scouting tools • Community and engagement features All services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. KOMPTE may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, event, or service at any time without liability.

Participation in tournaments, leagues, training sessions, and sports activities involves inherent risks including injury, illness, disability, emotional distress, property damage, financial loss, or death. By participating, users voluntarily assume all associated risks. KOMPTE shall not be liable for: • Injuries or accidents • Venue or transportation issues • Equipment failures • Scheduling conflicts • Referee decisions • Weather disruptions • Theft or loss of belongings • Third-party conduct or force majeure events Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate.

KOMPTE reserves the unrestricted right to: • Modify tournament formats • Change schedules or venues • Revise rules or eligibility criteria • Merge categories or postpone matches • Deny participation or suspend events • Change prize structures or rewards All operational, ranking, officiating, eligibility, and tournament decisions made by KOMPTE shall be final and binding. Users agree that no claims, compensation, refunds, or legal action shall arise from such changes or decisions.

Certain services may require subscriptions, participation fees, registrations, or other applicable charges. • All fees are subject to change without prior notice. • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access. • Fees paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly approved by KOMPTE. • Approved refunds may be subject to taxes, processing fees, or administrative deductions.

Users may upload videos, photographs, match footage, statistics, comments, and related content. By submitting content, users grant KOMPTE a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to: • Use • Reproduce • Edit • Publish • Commercialize • Analyze • Train AI systems • Create derivative works KOMPTE may also use participant names, likenesses, gameplay footage, livestreams, and interviews for branding, sponsorship, advertising, analytics, or promotional purposes without compensation.

KOMPTE may provide AI-generated analytics, recommendations, rankings, scouting reports, and automated insights. Users acknowledge that AI systems may: • Contain inaccuracies • Produce incomplete insights • Generate subjective or automated outputs AI-generated outputs are informational only and do not constitute: • Medical advice • Professional coaching advice • Recruitment guarantees • Career guarantees • Assurances of success KOMPTE shall not be liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Users agree not to: • Violate laws or regulations • Cheat or manipulate competitions • Abuse participants or officials • Upload harmful or illegal content • Exploit system vulnerabilities • Reverse engineer software • Use bots or automation • Misuse analytics or platform data • Impersonate others • Engage in fraudulent activity KOMPTE reserves the right to suspend, terminate, ban, or restrict users without notice or liability.

By using the Services, users consent to the collection and processing of: • Personal information • Device and behavioral data • Gameplay and performance metrics • Videos and match footage • Analytics-related information Data may be used for operations, analytics, AI training, rankings, research, marketing, sponsorships, compliance, and security purposes. While KOMPTE implements commercially reasonable security measures, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including: • Payment gateways • Streaming providers • Sponsors and advertisers • Analytics tools • Social media platforms • Event venues KOMPTE shall not be liable for acts, failures, delays, outages, or conduct of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOMPTE shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of profits or revenue • Reputational harm • Data loss • Service interruptions • Emotional distress • AI inaccuracies • Event disruptions • Technical failures KOMPTE’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding three (3) months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the Platform or Services shall first attempt to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. • Arbitration shall take place in Chandigarh, India • Proceedings shall be conducted in English • Courts located in Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction Users waive rights to class actions or collective proceedings.
